Q: What should I focus more on for my PI? Is it bullet 1, which requires me to identify one emergency/ example of conservation that has already taken place or bullet 2, which requires application?
A: Well, for the purpose of your PI, you should focus on crafting out your actual plan/ project, assessing and justifying the proposed plan/ project. This means, more on bullet 2. Hence, the emergency or conservation that has taken place or is taking place shouldn't become the highlight of your PI.
